This tour begins with a short trip from our shop to one of Hilo’s calmest and clearest nearshore snorkeling areas. With easy ocean entry from the beach, this is an excellent introduction to snorkeling for families with kids, beginners, or anyone looking for a safe and scenic swim.
Our friendly team will guide you through the basics, provide all necessary gear—including masks, snorkels, and float belts—and help you feel confident exploring the reef. Expect a low-pressure, fun environment focused on learning and enjoying the water at your own pace.
