Aloha and welcome to our Gear Service Department. Our technicians keep your dive gear safe, reliable, and dive-ready, from a quick annual inspection to a full regulator overhaul. Whether you dive every weekend or a few times a year, well-maintained gear is what keeps you comfortable and confident in the water.

Stop by the shop, and if you are not sure what your gear needs, our team is happy to take a look and walk you through it.

Diving a brand not listed here? Reach out before you drop off and we will let you know if we can service it or source the parts.

How It Works

• Service is done on a first come, first served basis, and typically takes a minimum of 7 days.
• We do not stock every part for every regulator. Ordering and receiving parts averages 2 to 3 weeks, so please give us plenty of lead time.
• Gear that has not been properly maintained or is heavily corroded may take more time and effort. In those cases a surcharge may apply, at the technician’s discretion.
• On a deadline? Ask us about timing when you drop off and we will do our best to work with you.

What We Offer

Regulator Service & Rebuilds. An annual service checks that all stages are within their required specs and adjusts them, cleans the hoses, and replaces hose o-rings as needed. A full rebuild is a complete teardown and overhaul, replacing the internal wear components to bring the regulator back to spec.

BCD Service. We rebuild the inflator, inspect every dump valve for tears or sticking, and confirm the BCD holds air. Air2 and air-source integrated inflators are rebuilt as well.

Tank Services. Annual visual inspection paired with an air fill, tank valve service and rebuild, and burst disk replacement. We also handle hydrostatic testing through our partner shop in Kona, so you can drop your tanks with us instead of making the drive yourself.

Dive Computers. Battery installations to keep your computer reading true.

Testing & Cleaning. Bench testing and a full cleaning of your kit so everything is running the way it should.

Air Fills. Standard air fills available at the shop.
